Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in Gurugram. The Content Creator will develop engaging content for digital channels, including social media, website, email campaigns, and in-app communication, aligned with Zeretail’s brand voice and business objectives. Responsibilities include conceptualizing content ideas, writing and editing copy, creating scripts or briefs for design and video teams, and repurposing content for multiple formats and platforms. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate product features and business updates into clear, compelling narratives. The Content Creator will also track performance of content initiatives, analyze basic engagement metrics, and suggest improvements to optimize reach and impact.
Qualifications

  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content for digital channels.
  • Experience collaborating with design, video, or marketing teams to develop multi-format content (e.g., social posts, blogs, scripts, email campaigns).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including audience targeting, brand positioning, and content performance metrics.
  • Ability to research industry trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to inform content ideas and storytelling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort working on-site in Gurugram and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in B2B, e-commerce, quick commerce, or startup environments is a plus.
