Copywriter (Dhaka Bengali)

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Bengali Copywriter with native or professional proficiency in Dhaka (Bangladeshi) Bengali to create compelling, brand-aligned content across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have experience writing social media copy, digital campaigns, ad copies, and marketing content in Dhaka/Bangladeshi Bengali, while ensuring cultural relevance, localization, and consistency with the brand's tone of voice.

Key Responsibilities

• Write engaging copy for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, and always-on brand communication.
• Create compelling marketing content across multiple digital platforms and formats.
• Develop clear, creative, and impactful messaging aligned with brand objectives.
• Adapt and localize English content into Dhaka/Bangladeshi Bengali while maintaining brand voice and cultural relevance.
• Ensure all copy is grammatically accurate, culturally appropriate, and optimized for the target audience.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative, Design, Video, and Key Account teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging, and communication across all content.
• Proofread and review Bengali content to ensure quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent copywriting, creative writing, and storytelling skills.
• Native or professional-level proficiency in Dhaka (Bangladeshi) Bengali and strong English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of content localization and cultural adaptation.
• Ability to write across multiple formats, including social media posts, ad copy, campaign messaging, website content, and digital marketing materials.
• High attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1–5 years of experience in Copywriting, Content Writing, Creative Writing, or Digital Content Creation.
• Proven experience creating Dhaka/Bangladeshi Bengali content for social media, digital campaigns, and brand communication.
• Strong understanding of Bengali audience preferences, language nuances, and cultural context specific to Bangladesh.
• Experience working with advertising agencies, digital marketing agencies, or brand marketing teams is preferred.
