The Role

We’re looking for a Junior Copywriter to support our retail, sales, retention, and brand campaigns. You’ll be part of a team that creates engaging content across multiple channels, from WhatsApp journeys to Marketplace collaterals. This role is perfect for someone with 1–3 years of writing experience who’s eager to learn, experiment, and grow in the world of performance-driven and brand storytelling.

What You'll Do

• Develop persuasive headlines, CTAs, and hooks designed to drive clicks and conversions on platforms
• Conceptualise and develop sales campaign collaterals
• Support retail marketing initiatives with tailored messaging for in-store promotions and campaigns
• Optimise and refine WhatsApp customer journey messaging to enhance engagement and conversions
• Maintain a clear, consistent tone of voice that aligns with our brand while adapting to each platform’s nuances

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in copywriting, preferably writing for Meta, retention, and e-commerce.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to balance creativity and performance.
• A good grasp of digital platforms and how copy differs across them.
• Curious, detail-oriented, and open to feedback.
• A portfolio showcasing campaign work (internship/freelance/project work also counts).
