Job Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions on aptitude (quantitative, logical, verbal reasoning), group discussions, personal interviews, and resume building.
- Develop and deliver soft skills modules covering communication, presentation, body language, teamwork, and professional etiquette.
- Organize and simulate mock interviews, GDs, and aptitude tests to build confidence and industry readiness.
- Identify skill gaps and customize training content to meet the placement requirements of various companies.
- Guide students in preparing professional resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles.
- Coordinate with the placement cell to understand recruiter requirements and design relevant training programs.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback, mentoring, and counseling for improvement.
- Stay updated on current industry trends, recruitment patterns, and employability skills.
- Collaborate with faculty and placement officers for pre-placement talks, workshops, and skill development initiatives.
- Travelling to different locations or campus as and when the placement process happens.
- For meetings & training travelling will be required at our sister campuses and corporate office.
