Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Deliver corporate training sessions for freshers and experienced professionals.
• Prepare training materials, PPTs, assignments, and hands-on labs.
• Conduct online/offline technical sessions.
• Support participants with real-time project scenarios and interview preparation.
• Evaluate trainee performance through assessments and mock sessions.
• Customize training content based on client requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of training schedules.

Required Skills:-

• Strong technical knowledge in the respective domain.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Prior corporate training experience preferred.
• Ability to handle both short-term and long-term training programs.
• Hands-on practical exposure in real-time projects.
• Certification in relevant technologies is an added advantage.
