Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Healthcare and Electronic Retail Customer Service team. The role involves assisting customers with product, service, policy, order, and claim-related queries while delivering an exceptional customer experience through voice.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through voice channel.
  • Assist customers with healthcare-related queries such as claims, policies, benefits, and service requests.
  • Support electronic retail customers with order tracking, product information, returns, exchanges, warranty-related concerns, and troubleshooting guidance.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.


Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Prior customer service or BPO experience is preferred but not mandatory for certain roles.
