Role- Trainee/Executive

Experience-0-1 Year (Only)


Key Responsibilities: 

 •  Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their travel experience –  pre - trip, during the trip, and post - trip.  

•  Handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations  promptly and effectively, ensuring quick resolutions.  

•  Build strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.  

•  Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.  

•  Monitor customer feedback and identify areas of improvement in the travel experience.  

•  Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.  

•  Proactively communicate updates, changes, or important information to travellers . 

•  Uphold a professional and empathetic tone in all customer interactions.  


Requirements:   

•  Strong verbal and written communication skills  in English (knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is a plus). 

•  Excellent problem - solving and escalation management  abilities. 

•  A calm, composed, and customer - first approach, even under pressure.  

•  Ability to multitask and coordinate across teams effectively.  

•  Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.  

•  Passion for travel and creating great customer experiences.
