Digital Marketing Manager

Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns to promote Finshark Business Solutions’ financial services and strengthen brand visibility. This full-time, on-site role based in Surat involves developing and managing social media strategies, overseeing online advertising campaigns, and driving qualified leads through targeted digital initiatives. The role includes monitoring web analytics, tracking campaign performance, and preparing periodic reports to guide decision-making and improve return on investment. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with sales and service teams to align messaging, create marketing assets, and support lead nurturing activities. Responsibilities also include staying current with digital marketing trends, testing new tools and channels, and ensuring that all communications are clear, compliant, and consistent with the brand.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational Marketing and Digital Marketing skills, with experience managing integrated online campaigns.
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing for brand building, audience engagement, and community management.
• Experience in Lead Generation using digital channels, including paid ads, content marketing, and email campaigns.
• Ability to use Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to create clear, compelling messaging for financial services.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership teams in an on-site environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in the financial services sector and familiarity with local markets in Surat are advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
