Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Surat. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition for Amarvira’s Ayurvedic product range. Responsibilities include managing social media platforms, creating and scheduling content, running paid campaigns, and engaging with the online community. The role involves monitoring web and campaign performance using analytics tools, generating reports, and recommending data-driven improvements. The specialist will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with overall marketing strategies and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, community management, and paid social campaigns.
  • Ability to use Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging.
  • Relevant experience in consumer wellness, Ayurveda, healthcare, or FMCG marketing is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and basic marketing automation tools is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Ability to work on-site in Surat, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
