Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee the sales of L3 and operations of our COCO Center. The role involves driving retail sales, managing the showroom team, generating leads, ensuring excellent customer experience, and achieving monthly business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive retail sales of e-rickshaws through the COCO Center.
- Manage daily showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Generate leads through local marketing, field activities, and referrals.
- Convert walk-in and digital leads into vehicle sales.
- Coordinate with finance partners for quick loan approvals and customer onboarding.
- Manage inventory, vehicle deliveries, and customer documentation.
- Lead, train, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Build relationships with fleet operators, local influencers, and business partners.
- Track competitor activities and identify opportunities to increase market share.
- Ensure achievement of monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in retail sales, showroom management, or channel sales in the E-Rickshaw, EV, Automobile, or Commercial Vehicle industry.
- Strong leadership, sales, and customer relationship skills.
- Experience in team handling and target-driven sales.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
