Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position for a Business Development Executive in the Edtech sector, based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building a robust client pipeline. Responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, maintaining strong account relationships, developing strategies to meet sales targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals. The role also involves maintaining detailed records and preparing reports on client interactions and market trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure growth opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of Business tactics and Account Management to maintain healthy client relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present ideas and solutions.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify market trends and develop innovative growth strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other business development or sales management software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the Edtech sector or relevant industries is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated and results-driven individual with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse team.
