Role Description The Email Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad. This role involves planning, creating, and executing email campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and conversions for diverse clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include segmenting email lists, setting up automated workflows, designing and optimizing email templates, and ensuring compliance with best practices and regulations. The specialist will monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and recommend improvements based on data insights. Collaboration with marketing, design, and content teams is essential to align email initiatives with broader digital strategies and client goals.


Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Email Marketing Software skills (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar tools) to create, automate, and optimize campaigns.
  • Candidates should possess Marketing Automation skills, including setting up workflows, triggers, drip campaigns, and customer journeys.
  • Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including list building, segmentation, and nurturing strategies to support sales and growth objectives.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear copywriting, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and client-facing discussions.
  • Relevant experience in digital marketing or email marketing, preferably in an agency or multi-client environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
