Role Description The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director is a full-time role based in Kerala with a hybrid work arrangement, combining office presence with some work-from-home flexibility. This role provides high-level administrative and executive support to the Managing Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing agendas and briefings. Daily responsibilities include handling correspondence, drafting documents and presentations, organizing files, and maintaining confidential records. The Executive Assistant will coordinate internal and external meetings, liaise with stakeholders, assist with follow-up on key actions, and support the Managing Director in tracking deadlines and priorities. Additional tasks may include preparing reports, supporting project coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the executive office.
Qualifications
- Strong executive administrative assistance and executive support skills, including experience working directly with senior leadership.
- Proven administrative assistance and diary management abilities for complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar suites), online collaboration platforms, and digital scheduling tools.
- Demonstrated discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information and confidential matters.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and adapt to changing priorities in a hybrid work setting.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field; prior experience in executive assistant roles is strongly preferred.
