We're Hiring: Finance Manager

We're looking for an experienced Finance professional to lead our Accounts function and drive financial strategy.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor the Accounts Manager and Accounts team
• Own MIS reporting and present actionable financial insights to leadership
• Drive financial budgeting and planning across the organization
• Identify and implement cost optimisation initiatives
• Oversee day-to-day accounts operations and ensure compliance
• Support strategic financial decision-making with data-driven analysis

What We're Looking For:

• MBA (Regular/Full-time) in Finance or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance
• Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards)
• Proven experience in MIS Reporting and Financial Budgeting
• Demonstrated success in Cost Optimisation initiatives
• Prior experience leading a finance/accounts team is a must
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
