Role Description The Finance Positions role at Shoonya by Finvasia is a full-time, on-site position based in Dera Bassi. Team members in this role support core finance and accounting operations, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, assisting with bookkeeping entries, and ensuring accurate recording of transactions. Daily responsibilities may include analyzing financial data, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, reconciling accounts, and assisting with compliance and reporting requirements. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating financial insights to stakeholders, and maintaining documentation and records in line with internal controls and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Accounting skills to manage day-to-day financial operations and transaction recording.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess the ability to prepare, review, and understand Financial Statements for internal and external reporting.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate with teams and present financial information.
- Relevant degree or certification in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and financial software tools, along with attention to detail and a high level of integrity, is beneficial.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or capital markets, as well as familiarity with regulatory requirements, is an advantage.
