Role Description The German Teacher role at Beekoder is a contract, on-site position based in Chittoor. The teacher will deliver engaging German language instruction to learners, plan and conduct lessons aligned with curriculum goals, and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles. Daily responsibilities include preparing course materials, assessing learner progress, providing feedback, and offering individualized support where needed. The role also involves collaborating with the training team to align language instruction with Beekoder’s upskilling objectives, maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance, and participating in academic meetings and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in German Teaching and general Teaching to effectively deliver language lessons.
• Candidates should possess skills in Education and Tutoring to support varied learner needs and academic progress.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to design and implement structured learning modules and workshops.
• Proficiency in spoken and written German, with the ability to explain grammar, vocabulary, and cultural context clearly.
• Relevant academic background in German language, linguistics, education, or a related field; formal teaching certifications are an advantage.
• Experience teaching German to college-age or adult learners, preferably in institutional or training-center settings.
• Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a learner-centric and inclusive teaching style.
• Ability to work on-site in Chittoor, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use digital tools to support instruction and assessment.
