Job Opening: Campus Activation Growth Associate
Company: Cerkle (Vybecerkle Technologies Pvt. Ltd.)
Location: Kolkata, West Bengal (On-Ground / Field Role)
Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹21,000 per month
Work Hours: Monday – Saturday | 11:00 A.M. – 7:00 P.M.

Cerkle is the "Campus Layer of the Internet." We are a rapidly growing, hyperlocal social networking platform built exclusively for college students. Currently 12000+ students from across 15+ college campuses in Kolkata are part of the community, we connect students to real people, real campus events, and direct internship/job opportunities. We are scaling fast, and we need a hustler to help us grow.
The Role
Are you an extrovert who knows the ins and outs of college fests, societies, and campus culture?
As our Campus Activation Growth Associate, you will be the face and voice of Cerkle on the ground. Your primary mission is scaling expansion: bringing new colleges onto the Cerkle network and turning them into active, buzzing digital communities. You won't be stuck behind a desk; you will be out in the field every single day, building relationships and launching Cerkle in new territories.
Key Responsibilities
On-Ground Hustle: Travel to different college campuses across the city daily to build a physical presence and brand awareness for Cerkle.
Student Networking: Strike up conversations, pitch the platform, and build strong relationships with key students, club heads, and college influencers.
Community Launch: Successfully "unlock" and open up new campus communities on the Cerkle feed by reaching critical mass.
Build Student Chapters: Identify, recruit, and lead a core team of student ambassadors (Cerkle Chapters) within each new campus to sustain momentum.
Drive Onboarding: Actively guide students to download the app, verify their profiles, and start engaging within their specific college communities.
