We are looking for a proactive and organized Growth associate to support our communication and outreach activities. The role will primarily handle broadcast calls, follow-ups, and phone-based coordination while maintaining accurate communication records.

Key Responsibilities

Handle outbound and inbound business communications through phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
Communicate company updates, announcements, and service-related information to clients and stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of communications, follow-ups, and responses.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of queries and requests..
Prepare communication reports and update relevant trackers.
Support operational and administrative tasks related to business communication.
Ensure professional, courteous, and effective communication at all times.

Requirements

Recently completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in English and Malayalam; additional language skills are an advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and communication tools.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Location: In person
