Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales & Marketing to drive business growth and lead our go-to-market strategy.
- The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to accelerate revenue and market expansion.
- The ideal candidate will identify and target key customer segments, including fintechs and regulated businesses.
- You will develop tailored outreach and acquisition strategies to maximize conversions.
- The position requires ownership of the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and product demonstrations to negotiation and deal closure.
- You will build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Establishing clear KPIs for customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue growth will be a key responsibility.
- The role involves close collaboration with product and technology teams to translate API capabilities into business value.
- You will help position Aadhaar, PAN, and other verification APIs as impactful solutions for customers.
- The candidate will lead branding, content, and marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence.
- You will create campaigns that establish the company as a trusted RegTech partner.
- Strong engagement with C-level executives and decision-makers is essential.
- The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, FinTech, API, or RegTech sales and marketing.
- At least 3–5 years of leadership experience managing teams is required.
- Proven success in scaling revenue and building teams in a startup environment is highly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of KYC, AML, and identity verification workflows is essential.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
- The candidate should be capable of translating complex technical solutions into clear business outcomes.
