  • Strong engagement with C-level executives and decision-makers is essential.
  • The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, FinTech, API, or RegTech sales and marketing.
  • At least 3–5 years of leadership experience managing teams is required.
  • Proven success in scaling revenue and building teams in a startup environment is highly preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of KYC, AML, and identity verification workflows is essential.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
  • The candidate should be capable of translating complex technical solutions into clear business outcomes.
