Hotel management faculty

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver theory and practical classes in Hotel Management.
• Train students in Food Production, F&B Service, Front Office, and Housekeeping.
• Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and training materials.
• Monitor student progress and provide academic support.
• Conduct grooming, personality development, and mock interview sessions.
• Coordinate with the placement team to ensure students are industry-ready.
• Organize workshops, industrial visits, and guest lectures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management/Hospitality Management.
• 1–3 years of teaching or hospitality industry experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Practical knowledge of hotel operations.
• Good mentoring and classroom management abilities.
• MS Office knowledge is an added advantage.
