Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver theory and practical classes in Hotel Management.
- Train students in Food Production, F&B Service, Front Office, and Housekeeping.
- Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and training materials.
- Monitor student progress and provide academic support.
- Conduct grooming, personality development, and mock interview sessions.
- Coordinate with the placement team to ensure students are industry-ready.
- Organize workshops, industrial visits, and guest lectures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management/Hospitality Management.
- 1–3 years of teaching or hospitality industry experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Practical knowledge of hotel operations.
- Good mentoring and classroom management abilities.
- MS Office knowledge is an added advantage.
