What you'll be doing

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical and corporate hiring.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Develop sourcing strategies across multiple channels to attract high-quality talent.
  • Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and maintain an excellent candidate experience.
  • Oversee pre-boarding, onboarding, background verification, and new joiner activities.
  • Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics.

HR Operations

  • Manage employee records and HR data within BambooHR while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
  • Coordinate onboarding, employment contracts, contract amendments, and induction programs
  • Support employee lifecycle processes including confirmations, transfers, exits, and documentation.
  • Administer employee benefits and respond to employee queries.
  • Ensure HR policies and documentation remain compliant with Indian employment legislation.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and support internal and external audits.

Employee Relations & Business Partnering

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries.
  • Partner with managers to provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and people matters.
  • Coordinate probation and performance review processes.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, wellbeing programs, and internal communications.
  • Assist with implementing global HR initiatives within the India office.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience.


What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • 4–6 years of experience across both HR Operations and Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
  • Good knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience supporting the complete employee lifecycle.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and coordination abilities.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms (BambooHR experience is advantageous).
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • MBA or PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
