Position Title: HR Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR manager to join our team. As the HR manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations within the organization. Your primary duties will include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, system development, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding. Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances. Foster a positive work environment and address any issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Create, design and monitor Job Descriptions and KRAs.
- Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers on performance feedback and goal-setting. Identify opportunities for employee development and career growth.
- Training and Development: Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads to develop training plans.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Stay up-to-date on changes in legislation and proactively address any compliance issues.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals and objectives. Communicate policies to employees and ensure understanding and compliance.
- Employee Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Work with benefits providers to resolve any issues and ensure smooth administration.
- HR Administration: Oversee HR administrative tasks such as payroll processing, maintaining employee records, Benefits, Leaves, PF, ESI, etc.
- Managing HR software systems.
- Creating a system of compliance with rules and regulations as per the Hospital Service Rule
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
