Human Resources Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Human Resources Manager to join our team in Sangolda, Goa.

The successful candidate will oversee all core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, payroll coordination, compliance, and overall HR administration. This role requires a proactive professional with excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Human Resources Manager or similar HR role.

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and HR best practices.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.

📍 Location: Sangolda, Goa

💰 Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
