Influencer Campaign Coordinator

Cioda is a fast-growing, end-to-end influencer marketing execution engine based in Kochi. We don't just sell creator access; we deliver guaranteed, data-verified business outcomes (100k+ view baselines) for local retail, D2C, and entertainment brands.

We are currently expanding our operational infrastructure and building a priority pipeline for an Influencer Campaign Coordinator to own our creator logistics and execution framework.

What will you do?

• Pipeline Management: Own, filter, and maintain our database of local creators (managing niches, performance metrics, and budgets).
• Campaign Coordination: Act as the direct bridge between approved client briefs and creators—handling outreach, onboarding, and campaign styling.
• Timeline Enforcement: Chase creators for content scripts, visual drafts, and final project uploads to ensure zero operational delays.
• Data Tracking: Monitor campaign reach, curate dynamic creator rosters for pitches, and compile post-campaign view analysis.

Who you are:

• Deeply obsessed with the local Malayalam digital creator ecosystem, reels culture, and viral hooks.
• Highly organized, comfortable with data categorization, and immune to the chaos of managing multiple creative personalities.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Malayalam over WhatsApp, DM, and email to ensure smooth creator onboarding.
• Prior experience managing micro-influencers or working within a media agency layout is a massive plus.
• Device: This is a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) hybrid role. You must have your own reliable laptop and a stable internet connection to manage tracking sheets and communications.
• Travel: You must be based in or near Kochi and be willing to travel locally within the Ernakulam area to coordinate on-site creator shoots and ensure production quality when required. Travel allowances will be reimbursed.
