Role Description

We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Lead to drive creator partnerships, UGC strategy, and high-impact campaigns across social and performance channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand growth goals.
• Source, onboard, and manage creators across Instagram, TikTok & YouTube.
• Build long-term creator relationships within the fashion & lifestyle space.
• Negotiate deliverables, usage rights, and commercial terms.
• Plan and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns.
• Drive UGC content for ads, social media, and website use.
• Collaborate with creative, brand, and e-commerce teams.
• Track performance: engagement, reach, conversions & ROI.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in influencer marketing/creator partnerships.
• Strong network in fashion, retail, or lifestyle creators.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation & communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset with knowledge of social analytics.
• Familiarity with influencer tools/platforms preferred.
