Job Description :

Roles and Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure Management

• Maintain and manage company IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, servers, and printers.
• Ensure proper installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Monitor system performance and ensure minimal downtime.

Network Administration

• Manage LAN/WAN network connectivity, internet services, and Wi-Fi networks.
• Troubleshoot network issues and ensure secure and stable connectivity across departments.

Technical Support

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Resolve IT service requests and ensure timely support.

System Security & Data Protection

• Implement and maintain IT security policies and antivirus systems.
• Monitor systems for security threats, unauthorized access, and vulnerabilities.
• Ensure regular data backup and recovery procedures.

Software & Application Management

• Support installation and maintenance of ERP systems, business software, and licensed applications.
• Coordinate with vendors for software upgrades and troubleshooting.

IT Asset Management

• Maintain records of IT assets, licenses, and inventory.
• Manage procurement and maintenance of IT equipment.

User Management

• Create and manage user accounts, email access, and system permissions.
• Ensure proper access control and data security.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain documentation for IT processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Generate reports related to IT infrastructure and system performance.

Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for system support, AMC, and procurement.
