We are looking for a Junior Support Executive to join our team in Delhi. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in the IT/software industry. The selected candidates will receive full training on software and will be responsible for providing support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and understand software through structured training.
- Provide phone, email, and remote support to clients regarding software Teachnical Issues.
- Understand client queries and resolve or escalate them to the technical team.
- Guide clients on basic troubleshooting steps and usage instructions.
- Maintain logs of client interactions and issue resolutions
- Ensure client satisfaction through timely and professional support.
- Any graduate
- Must have good communication skills, especially in English
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Willingness to learn software and work in a support role.
- Positive attitude, patience, and customer-focused mindset.
- Full training provided by the company.
