About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven US Legal Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting legal professionals across the United States and possess a strong understanding of the US legal staffing market. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality legal talent for our end clients while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and recruit legal professionals across the United States using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
- Recruit for a wide range of legal positions, including Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Assistants, Litigation Support Specialists, Legal Secretaries, Contract Managers, Compliance Professionals, and other legal support roles.
- Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and evaluate qualifications based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers while maintaining regular communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified legal professionals for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
- Negotiate compensation expectations and facilitate offer discussions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure timely updates.
- Meet individual hiring targets, submission metrics, interview ratios, and placement goals.
- Stay current with trends in the US legal hiring market and continuously improve sourcing strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in US Legal Recruitment.
- Proven experience recruiting legal professionals for law firms, corporate legal departments, or legal staffing clients in the United States.
- Strong understanding of US legal job titles, hiring practices, and recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, or other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interviewing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Comfortable working permanent night shifts aligned with US business hours.
