React Native Stallion is revolutionizing how app updates are delivered for React Native applications. We provide a continuous deployment and testing framework that helps teams ship updates faster, improve reliability, and streamline their development lifecycle. By optimizing deployment workflows, we let product teams focus on building great features instead of wrestling with release overhead.
We're looking for a hands-on Marketing & Sales Manager to own growth for React Native Stallion — from getting our name in front of the right developers and decision-makers, to closing the deals that turn interest into revenue. This is a WFH role based out of Bangalore, ideal for someone who's comfortable wearing both the marketing and sales hats in an early-stage, fast-moving SaaS environment.
Marketing & Branding
- Own and grow our presence across website, social media, and developer communities
- Drive content initiatives - blogs, case studies, and campaigns that showcase real developer adoption and outcomes
- Work with content creators and collaborators to build authentic, dev-first messaging
- Run SEO and platform partnership initiatives to build organic and referral pipelines
- Plan and execute email campaigns and paid promotion to drive signups and conversions
Sales & Pipeline
- Generate and qualify leads, and consistently get meetings on the calendar with the right prospects
- Manage the full sales pipeline — from first touch to signup to paid conversion
- Conduct product demos and translate technical capabilities into business value
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, including enterprise-level conversations
- Track competitor movements and market positioning to sharpen our pitch
Strategy & Collaboration
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new features and campaigns
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to refine messaging and positioning
- Analyze marketing and sales data to guide decisions and report on performance
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships
- Represent React Native Stallion at relevant developer and industry events
- 1–2+ years of experience in B2B marketing and sales, preferably in SaaS, developer tools, or technology products
- Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, and consultative selling, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns — digital, content-driven, and event-based
- Comfortable presenting technical concepts to both business and technical audiences, with clear communication and storytelling skills
- Experience with CRM systems and data-driven decision-making using sales and marketing analytics
- Understanding of software development environments; familiarity with React Native or CI/CD concepts is a strong plus
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams
