Online Session Presenter - Communication Skills Training (Freelance | INR 400 per session]

We run structured, high-energy live practice sessions focused on helping people improve their communication skills through real-time exercises.

This is not a teaching or training role.

Your job is to run the session, maintain energy, manage participants, and keep the flow sharp.

• Facilitate live online sessions (60–75 mins)
• Guide participants through structured communication exercises
• Manage group dynamics and keep participants engaged
• Give short, sharp instructions (no long explanations)
• Ensure strict time control across activities
• Maintain a fast-paced, high-energy session environment

• Not teaching grammar or theory
• Not delivering lectures
• Not a traditional training role

This is about running practice sessions, not teaching concepts.

We’re looking for people who:

• Speak clear, confident English
• Can think and respond quickly in live settings
• Are comfortable managing groups online
• Can keep sessions structured and energetic
• Are naturally expressive and engaging

• Debate / MUN / public speaking
• Content creation (video, live sessions, etc.)
• Sales / customer-facing roles
• Theater / improv / performance

• Clarity of speech
• Presence and control in a group setting
• Ability to keep things sharp and fast
• Confidence without over-explaining

• Freelance / per session basis
