As a Guest Outreach Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and coordinating with creators, entrepreneurs, industry experts, and other inspiring personalities for our podcast.

What you'll do:

• Research and identify potential podcast guests.
• Reach out via email, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Coordinate guest schedules and manage communication.
• Build long-term relationships with guests and their teams.
• Maintain an organized outreach pipeline and follow-ups.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has excellent communication skills.
• Is confident with outreach and relationship building.
• Is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Has prior experience in outreach, PR, partnerships, or client communication (preferred but not mandatory).

2. Guest Outreach Intern

Looking to kickstart your career? Join us as a Guest Outreach Intern and learn how podcasts, partnerships, and professional networking work behind the scenes.

What you'll do:

• Research potential guests.
• Assist with outreach and follow-ups.
• Maintain guest databases and trackers.
• Support scheduling and coordination.
• Work closely with the content and podcast team.

• Is eager to learn and take ownership.
• Has strong communication skills.
• Is organized and enthusiastic.
• Has a passion for content, podcasts, and networking.
