Role Description The Oracle SCM professional will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Oracle Supply Chain Management modules to support business operations. Day-to-day tasks include gathering requirements from stakeholders, translating business needs into system configurations, and managing procurement, inventory, and order management workflows. The role involves monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and documenting processes and best practices. The position is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. The individual will collaborate closely with business and technical teams to ensure data integrity, streamline supply chain processes, and support ongoing enhancements and upgrades.


Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Supply Chain Management and Inventory Management skills, with hands-on experience in Oracle SCM modules.
  • Candidates should possess Procurement expertise, including vendor management, purchasing processes, and related Oracle configurations.
  • Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, optimize workflows, and support decision-making.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders, documenting requirements, and providing user training.
  • Relevant experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud SCM; certifications in Oracle SCM or related areas are beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Bengaluru, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to evolving business needs.
