We're Hiring: People & Culture Intern (Paid)
At LaFetch, we're building a fashiqon-first marketplace that delivers the best of India's homegrown brands to customers in under 60 minutes across Delhi NCR.
As we scale rapidly, we're continuously building teams across Technology, Product, Marketing, Operations, Design, Customer Experience, and Business functions. We're looking for a People & Culture Intern who is excited about identifying great talent, building high-performing teams, and contributing to the employee experience that powers a fast-growing startup.
This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to recruitment, stakeholder management, onboarding, and culture-building while working closely with hiring managers and company leadership.
What You'll Do
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Source and engage candidates across multiple functions including Tech, Product, Marketing, Design, Operations, Customer Experience, and Business teams
- Support hiring across all levels, from interns and associates to managers and leadership roles
- Screen applications and conduct initial candidate outreach
- Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain hiring trackers, candidate pipelines, and recruitment reports
- Build talent pools through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and proactive sourcing
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes, efficiency, and employer branding
Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new hires
- Manage documentation, joining formalities, and first-day experiences
- Support the creation of structured onboarding journeys that help employees settle in quickly
- Ensure new team members feel welcomed, informed, and connected from day one
Culture & Engagement
- Assist in planning employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities
- Support feedback collection through surveys, check-ins, and employee touchpoints
- Help create programs that strengthen company culture during periods of rapid growth
HR Operations
- Support day-to-day HR administration and people operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners when required
- Assist in building scalable people processes as the company grows
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and people operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with candidates and stakeholders across different functions and seniority levels
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or recruitment processes is a plus
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
