Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Must have hands-on experience in lead generation campaigns and managing performance marketing for e-commerce brands, with a strong understanding of conversion funnels, ROAS, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Develop and manage PPC campaigns, ensuring ROI and KPI targets are met.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Analyse campaign data to generate actionable insights and prepare performance reports.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure ad copies, visuals, and landing pages are optimised for conversion.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, including algorithm changes and new platform features.
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximise results while minimising costs.
  • Perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide strategic recommendations.

 Requirements:

  • 1. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
  • 2. Proven experience in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms.
  • 3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • 4. Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid social media strategies.
  • 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 6. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
