Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and execution-oriented Project Incharge to oversee the successful delivery of premium aluminium Doors & Windows and Luxury Shower Cubicle projects.

The role involves coordinating every stage of project execution—from site measurements and technical verification to shop drawings, fabrication, procurement, logistics, installation, client coordination, quality inspections, snag rectification, and final handover. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, exceptional coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-end projects while ensuring timely delivery and superior quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end execution of assigned Doors, Windows, and Shower Cubicle projects.
• Conduct site measurements, technical surveys, and feasibility assessments before project execution.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, builders, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review architectural drawings, technical specifications, and shop drawings to ensure execution accuracy.
• Prepare project schedules and monitor timelines to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, fabrication, warehouse, logistics, and installation teams.
• Plan material requirements and monitor procurement and deliveries in line with project schedules.
• Supervise installation teams and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to approved drawings.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve site-related challenges proactively.
• Ensure compliance with Valueline's quality standards, installation procedures, and safety requirements.
• Maintain complete project documentation, including measurement records, site reports, variation orders, inspection reports, and completion documents.
• Conduct quality inspections, oversee snag rectification, and ensure smooth project handover.
• Provide regular project updates to management and maintain excellent client communication throughout the execution process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
• 3–8 years of experience in project execution within aluminium doors & windows, shower cubicles, façades, glazing systems, or premium interior/building material projects.
• Experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial projects will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of aluminium doors & windows systems and luxury shower cubicle installations.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and shop drawings.
• Excellent project planning, coordination, and execution skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and project documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
