What’s In It For U
We are seeking a strategic, customer-facing leader to drive large regulatory initiatives and major customer bureau-adoption projects from planning through execution. This role will partner closely with leadership to shape team strategy, develop project plans, support executive updates, and provide guidance on key cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong communication, project management, PowerPoint and Excel skills, along with the ability to conduct industry research and translate insights into action for the CIRC Team.

We are seeking a strategic, customer-facing leader to drive large regulatory initiatives and major customer bureau-adoption projects from planning through execution. This role will partner closely with leadership to shape team strategy, develop project plans, support executive updates, and provide guidance on key cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong communication, project management, PowerPoint and Excel skills, along with the ability to conduct industry research and translate insights into action for the CIRC Team.
What Our Project Manager Will Do
- Collaborate with project team members to develop a detailed project plan for an assigned body of work
- Construct the Work Breakdown Structure for a project
- Report status of plan, and track change controls, risks, and issues for that plan
- Maintain and monitor the execution of the project plan and/or assigned action plan(s)
- Provide inputs to Project Leadership on the financial and resourcing aspects of the plan
- Support the Project Team in the delivery of services to the customer, managing customer inquiries and requests as assigned
- Project manage all large regulatory projects for Circ; including having good communication skills to talk to customers
- Project manage large customer projects adopting bureau changes
- Be part of the leadership team to help put together strategy plans for the team, projects, etc.
- Support monthly updates to C-Suite.
- Support leadership team with projects (coordination, providing guidance, expertise, etc.).
- Identify, address, and bring issues to closure
- Initiate internal and external communication throughout defined project process via face-to-face meetings, teleconferencing and email
- Manage weekly project meetings and monthly status reporting – including meeting preparations, scheduling, agenda preparation, content and presenter planning, documenting, and distributing minutes and action items, scheduling any follow-up sessions, etc.
- Stay up to date on industry and job-related trends and best practices, including reading relevant publications, articles, blogs, etc.
- Do industry research to help drive the Circ Team forward.
- Other duties as assigned
