Job Summary
PHX Prime Properties is looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Business Development Manager / Property Consultant who can generate business, consult clients on property investments, manage the complete sales cycle, and lead a team of sales professionals.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate sales, business development, client relationship management, and team handling. This role requires excellent communication, consultative selling skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, digital marketing, channel partners, exhibitions, and social media.
- Identify prospective buyers and investors through outbound sales activities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Follow up on company-generated inquiries and convert them into successful sales.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
Property Consultation & Sales
- Understand clients' requirements, budgets, and investment objectives.
- Provide professional consultation on residential and commercial properties.
- Recommend suitable investment opportunities based on customer requirements.
- Conduct property presentations, virtual meetings, site visits, and client meetings.
- Negotiate pricing and successfully close sales deals.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to booking and post-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate Business Development Executives and Property Consultants.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Assist the team in closing high-value deals.
- Ensure adherence to company sales processes and CRM updates.
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with customers, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal departments for documentation, bookings, and customer support.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Market Research & Reporting
- Stay updated with real estate market trends, pricing, competitor activities, and new project launches.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze sales performance and recommend improvement strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Real Estate,
- or a related field.3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Real Estate Sales, Property Consulting, or Investment Advisory.
- Prior experience in team handling is preferred.
