Hiring for a Leading Machine Manufacturing Company Ahmedabad

Position: QC Engineer

Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad

Industry: Machine Manufacturing

Salary: 3.00 4.00 LPA

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 24 Years

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Key Responsibilities

Inspect sheet metal, fabricated, and mechanical components as per quality standards

Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections

Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation

Identify and resolve quality issues in coordination with the production team

Ensure compliance with customer specifications and manufacturing standards

Monitor product quality and recommend corrective and preventive actions

Handle rejection analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure proper calibration and usage of measuring instruments

Required Skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and quality documentation

Hands-on experience with measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Dial Indicator

Knowledge of engineering drawings and GDT concepts

Understanding of quality inspection processes and reporting

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and coordination abilities

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in machine manufacturing, fabrication, or sheet metal industries

Knowledge of quality systems and inspection standards

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance

Ability to work closely with production teams to achieve quality objectives
