💼 Experience: 1–3Years

🎓 Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Aerospace, Production, or related field

(Quality certifications – CMM, NDT Level II, GD&T, AS9100 awareness – are added advantages)

As a QC Executive at Absolute Composites, you will be responsible for executing quality control, inspection, and documentation activities across aerospace composite and metallic parts manufacturing.

The role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of aerospace quality systems, hands‑on inspection expertise, and ability to ensure compliance with AS9100 requirements. You will collaborate closely with manufacturing, design, production engineering, and dispatch teams to ensure products meet stringent aerospace standards.

• Perform inspection of raw materials, composite layups, machined components, assemblies, and tooling

• Verify dimensions using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMM reports, and other precision instruments

• Conduct in‑process quality checks to ensure adherence to work instructions and process sheets

• Carry out final inspections with complete documentation and release approvals

• Prepare and maintain Inspection Reports, NCRs, CofCs, FAIR/FAI documentation, and traceability logs

• Ensure complete compliance with AS9100 documentation control

• Maintain digital and physical records for customer and audit purposes

• Ensure adherence to AS9100, customer specifications, drawings, CAD models, and GD&T requirements

• Support internal and external audits

• Assist in maintaining process discipline, work instructions, and quality procedures

• Verify compliance during composite layup, curing, machining, bonding, and assembly operations

• Identify non‑conformances and prepare NCR reports

• Work with the team to drive root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)

• Support quality improvement initiatives, defect reduction activities, and process optimization

• Coordinate with production, design, planning, stores, and dispatch for quality requirements

• Provide inspection clearance for dispatch and support customer quality interactions

• Assist production teams in resolving quality issues and improving process effectiveness

• Ensure correct usage and periodic calibration of inspection instruments

• Maintain inspection fixtures, gauges, reference samples, and quality tools

• Support 5S and safety implementation in QC areas

• Strong understanding of aerospace quality standards and inspection methods

• Hands‑on experience with precision measuring tools and inspection techniques

• Knowledge of composite materials, machining processes, and aerospace components

• Familiarity with GD&T, engineering drawings, and CAD‑based inspection references

• Experience with FAI/PPAP/AS9102 preferred

• Good communication, documentation, and analytical skills

• High attention to detail and ownership mindset
