Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Executive

Location: Sitapura, Jaipur Rajasthan

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year (Startup adaptability is a huge plus)

We are a fast growing, innovative food startup on a mission to revolutionize the healthy snacking space. We specialize in crafting high quality extruded roasted snacks and nutritious multigrain munchies. As we scale our operations, we are looking for a sharp, proactive QC Executive who takes pride in precision and is ready to own our product excellence from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Sensory & Product Analysis: Conduct routine physical, chemical, and sensory evaluations of our roasted snacks and seasonings to ensure perfect taste and texture.

End-to-End Inspection: Monitor and approve incoming raw materials, packaging components, and semi finished goods.

Process Control: Supervise critical production parameters, including moisture monitoring, roasting profiles, and precise seasoning application.

Compliance Ownership: Drive strict adherence to FSSAI, GMP, and HACCP food safety standards across the facility.

Hygiene & Sanitation: Perform regular floor and warehouse audits to maintain immaculate hygiene practices.

Smart Documentation: Manage daily QC records, batch logs, Certificates of Analysis (COA), and instrument calibration to ensure we are always audit-ready.

What We Are Looking For

Education: B.Tech / B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.

Experience: 1+ years of hands-on quality control experience in food manufacturing (exposure to extruded snacks, namkeen, or seasonings is highly preferred).

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of food safety guidelines, moisture analysis, and laboratory testing methods.

Startup Mindset: A detail oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and communicates seamlessly with production and R&D teams.
