Position: IPQA Executive / Senior Executive

No. of Positions: 3- 4

Experience: 3–5 years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Shift: Rotational Shift (Including Night Shift)

Qualification: B.Pharm., M.Pharm., B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Technology, B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Science & Technology, or an equivalent Food Science/Pharmaceutical qualification.

Fermentis Lifesciences (FLS) is a leading contract manufacturing partner for the Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, and health and wellness industries. We manufacture gummies, nutrition bars, powders, capsules, tablets, liquids, and softgels for private-label and custom-formulation needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) activities during manufacturing and packaging operations.
  • Conduct line clearance before the commencement of manufacturing and packaging activities.
  • Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, GHP, and quality standards.
  • Verify Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packaging Records (BPR), logbooks, and other production documents.
  • Perform in-process quality checks and ensure adherence to approved specifications.
  • Monitor critical process parameters and report deviations or non-conformities.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, FSSAI, HACCP, SOPs, and internal quality systems.
  • Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Warehouse, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Support investigations related to deviations, CAPA, change controls, and quality incidents.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data integrity.
  • Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality standards throughout manufacturing operations.


Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, HACCP, FSSAI, and quality assurance practices.
  • Hands-on experience in line clearance, in-process inspections, documentation review, and production monitoring.
  • Good understanding of deviation management, CAPA, and change control.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Must be willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per business requirements.
