Having successfully established our presence on Big Basket and Swiggy Instamart, we are entering the next phase of growth by expanding aggressively across India's Quick Commerce ecosystem, including Blinkit, Zepto, Flipkart Minutes, Amazon Fresh, and other emerging platforms.


We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial leader to build and scale this business into one of our highest-growth channels.


About the Role

The Quick Commerce Sales Head will own the complete Quick Commerce business for Sygnia Brandworks LLP. This is a strategic leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for business growth, platform partnerships, commercial performance, channel profitability, and operational excellence.


The ideal candidate has deep experience managing national Quick Commerce accounts, driving revenue growth, executing Joint Business Plans (JBPs), and building profitable partnerships with leading marketplaces.


Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Expansion

  • Drive revenue growth across existing Quick Commerce platforms, including BigBasket and Swiggy Instamart.
  • Lead expansion and onboarding on Blinkit, Zepto, Flipkart Minutes, Amazon Fresh, and other emerging Quick Commerce platforms.
  • Develop and execute annual business plans to achieve aggressive growth targets.


Key Account Management

  • Build and manage strategic relationships with Category Managers, Buying Teams, and platform stakeholders.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, assortment planning, promotional activities, and Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
  • Expand SKU listings and improve platform visibility.

Revenue & Profitability

  • Own the complete Quick Commerce P&L.
  • Deliver growth in revenue, gross margin, contribution margin, and EBITDA.
  • Drive platform-wise profitability through effective commercial planning and execution.

Category & Protfolio Management

  • Optimize product assortment based on consumer demand and platform performance.
  • Identify high-performing SKUs and launch exclusive platform packs.
  • Recommend new product opportunities using market insights and sales data.

Supply Chain & Inventory Planning

  • Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain teams to ensure:
  • High product availability
  • Fill rates above 98%
  • Accurate demand forecasting
  • Efficient replenishment across dark stores and fulfilment centres
  • Minimal stock-outs

Growth Marketing & Visibillity

  • Improve brand visibility through:
  • Sponsored listings
  • Banner campaigns
  • Search optimization
  • Brand stores
  • Seasonal campaigns
  • Bundle offers
  • Product launches
  • Monitor and optimize marketing ROI across platforms.

Analytics & Business Reviews

  • Track and analyze key business metrics including:
  • GMV & Net Sales
  • Revenue Growth
  • Platform Performance
  • Category Ranking
  • Market Share
  • Customer Ratings
  • Repeat Purchase Rate
  • Fill Rate
  • Inventory Health
  • Advertising ROI
  • Present weekly and monthly business reviews to the Founder & CEO.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of experience in FMCG, E-commerce, or Quick Commerce.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Quick Commerce or E-commerce business.
  • Proven experience handling key accounts such as BigBasket, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon Fresh, or similar platforms.
  • Strong expertise in commercial negotiations, business planning, and account management.
  • MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management preferred.
  • Graduates with relevant industry experience are encouraged to apply.

  • Achieve SKU availability of over 95% across all active platforms.
  • Build a robust forecasting and reporting framework.
  • Establish Quick Commerce as one of Sygnia Brandworks LLP's fastest-growing and most profitable business channels.
