About Pune Property Circle
Pune Property Circle helps homebuyers discover the right residential properties across Pune. We work with leading developers and maintain an exclusive portfolio of verified residential projects. Our goal is to simplify property buying through honest consultation, verified inventory, and a smooth end-to-end buying experience.
Role Overview
We're looking for a proactive individual who enjoys meeting people, exploring projects, and closing opportunities. This role combines inside sales, field sales, and property sourcing. You'll manage leads generated through digital marketing, visit projects, acquire new listings, and help buyers throughout their purchase journey.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Call inbound leads generated through Meta Ads and other campaigns.
- Qualify buyer requirements and schedule site visits.
- Conduct follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
- Assist customers throughout the buying process.
- Maintain detailed CRM updates.
- Achieve monthly booking and revenue targets.
Property Sourcing
- Visit builders and developers across Pune.
- Acquire new project listings and maintain builder relationships.
- Collect project brochures, pricing, floor plans, payment plans, and inventory updates.
- Ensure project information remains accurate and updated.
Site Visits
- Coordinate and conduct customer site visits.
- Explain project features, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.
- Build trust with customers and answer their queries.
Operations
- Update CRM after every interaction.
- Prepare daily activity reports.
- Coordinate with developers for inventory availability.
- Assist in documentation until booking.
Daily Responsibilities
- 50–80 outbound calls
- Handle all assigned inbound leads
- Conduct 1–3 customer site visits
- Visit 1–2 builder projects for sourcing
- Daily CRM updates
- End-of-day reporting
Required Skills
- Strong communication in English, Hindi
- Good negotiation skills
- Confident personality
- Comfortable with field work
- Basic Excel and CRM knowledge
- Self-driven and target-oriented
- Two-wheeler preferred
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years in Real Estate
