Job Description – HR Recruiter

Position: HR Recruiter

Location: Whitefield (Varthur–Gunjur Road), Bangalore

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent


About the Role: Integra Facility Management is looking for a dynamic and result-orientated HR recruiter to support our rapid expansion across South India. The ideal candidate should have experience in high-volume recruitment for the facility management or service industry and possess strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for grey-collar and white-collar positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and local hiring channels.
  • Conduct telephonic screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and resume database for future requirements.
  • Coordinate joining formalities and support candidate onboarding.
  • Prepare daily and weekly recruitment MIS reports and hiring status updates.
  • Build relationships with colleges, training institutes, and local recruitment partners
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.


Eligibility

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in facility management or any service industry.
  • Experience in bulk hiring and field recruitment will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment portals such as Apna, Naukri, WorkIndia, Job Hai, LinkedIn
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking systems.
