KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* *Macro Revenue Leadership:* Spearheading aggressive, national-level monetization blueprints and commercial sales strategies for Republic Digital’s Connected TV (CTV), OTT, and web properties across India.
* *Multi-Platform Monetization Execution:* Driving large-scale ad revenue across video and social platforms—including YouTube, Facebook, and emerging digital channels—with a targeted focus on high-consumption regional markets.
* *Branded Content & IP Innovation:* Conceptualizing, pitching, and executing high-yield branded IPs, integrated content-led advertising campaigns, and social media integrations that align seamlessly with Republic's editorial voice.
* *Institutional Target Ownership:* Holding absolute accountability for quarterly and annual revenue quotas, building on a verified career track record of consistently hitting or exceeding 90% of set financial targets.
* *Strategic Sector Engagement:* Acting as a high-gravity trusted advisor to C-suite clients and media buying houses; leading pitches, closing anchor accounts, and expanding networks across key sectors (FMCG, BFSI, Defense, Government).
* *Cross-Functional Team Governance:* Building, mentoring, and directing a high-performing digital sales unit; collaborating natively with internal editorial, strategy, and product cells to ensure seamless execution of content deals.
Requirements
* Experience Base:* 17+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience spanning Digital, CTV, OTT, or Broadcast Ad Sales with deep client-facing exposure.
* *Domain Foundations:* Deep command of digital monetization architectures, influencer marketing frameworks, social media PR strategies, national/regional media trends, and emerging ad-tech environments.
* *Execution Capabilities:* Elite boardroom presentation skills, highly refined commercial negotiation tactics, a heavy analytical mindset, and the ability to operate effectively at the intersection of hard content and revenue innovation.
* *Leadership Traits:* Proven success cultivating high-accountability sales talent, building collaborative work cultures, and managing multi-location teams.
