  • Managing the sales & ensure profitability of the same

  • Conceptualizing / designing & implementing regional sales & marketing plans for accomplishment of assigned targets by establishing strong client/ dealer / Distributors/contractor / architect relationship
  • Managing the entire sales & distribution network for the region
  • Managing dealer and distributor network
  • Expansion of the dealer & distribution network
  • Brand promotion activities to increase the brand visibility in the region
  • Ensuring price & credit control
  • Develop & recruit a strong technically qualified sales force across the region
  • Optimum utilization of resources & cost management
  • Initiating ATL and BTL activities and participating in the exhibition



Requirements



✔️ Channel sales knowledge mandatory.


✔️ Only candidates from the building materials industry will be considered

✔️ Stability is important — candidates should have completed a minimum of 2+ years in the last two companies.

✔️ Must have good communication and presentable skills.

✔️ Must be into project sales with good stability.

❌ Relocation candidates will not be considered
