Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time hybrid position based in Noida, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. In this role, the Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with customers, and present precision positioning solutions that meet client needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals and quotations, following up on leads, and negotiating terms to close sales. The Sales Executive will collaborate with internal technical and support teams to ensure smooth pre-sales and post-sales experiences, track sales performance, and provide market feedback to guide product and strategy improvements. The position requires regular field visits within the region and participation in industry events, customer meetings, and training sessions.
Qualifications
Experience 2-3 Years
- Proven skills in B2B sales, lead generation, client relationship management, and deal closing, preferably in technology or industrial solutions.
- Ability to understand and explain technical products, with aptitude for precision positioning, surveying, or construction-related technology.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, including the ability to tailor explanations for diverse stakeholders.
- Competence in using CRM software, MS Office tools, and online collaboration platforms for reporting and customer follow-up.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; experience in surveying, construction, or infrastructure sectors is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams in a hybrid setup.
- Willingness to travel within the region for client visits, meetings, and industry events.
