Job Description – Sales Executive
Business: NAP Division (uPVC, PVC & WPC)
Location: Kochi
Role Objective
To drive sales growth and market penetration for uPVC, PVC, and WPC products by managing channel partners and working closely with carpenters and key influencers in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
uPVC / PVC / WPC / Plywood / Laminates / Sanitaryware / Construction Materials.
Key Competencies
Relationship building, scheme execution, influencer management, market activation, target orientation.
Job Requirements
Manage and develop channel partners including dealers and distributors. Work closely with carpenters, fabricators, and influencers to generate business. Execute sales schemes, promotions, and market activation activities. Ensure product visibility and strong brand presence in the market. Track competitor activity and share regular market feedback. Achieve assigned sales targets and collection objectives.
