Job Description – Sales Executive

Business: NAP Division (uPVC, PVC & WPC)

Location: Kochi

Role Objective

To drive sales growth and market penetration for uPVC, PVC, and WPC products by managing channel partners and working closely with carpenters and key influencers in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop channel partners including dealers and distributors.
  • Work closely with carpenters, fabricators, and influencers to generate business.
  • Execute sales schemes, promotions, and market activation activities.
  • Ensure product visibility and strong brand presence in the market.
  • Track competitor activity and share regular market feedback.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and collection objectives.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in building materials.
  • Mandatory channel handling experience.
  • Hands-on experience working with carpenters and influencers.
  • Strong communication skills, presentable, and confident in market interactions.

Preferred Industry Exposure

uPVC / PVC / WPC / Plywood / Laminates / Sanitaryware / Construction Materials.

Key Competencies

Relationship building, scheme execution, influencer management, market activation, target orientation.
