Role Description:
Are you a seasoned professional with a talent for orchestrating sales? We're seeking an experienced sales individual to join our team in Sanaswadi, Pune. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring growth wuth current customers, seamless fulfilment of customer orders, sales planning and execution and other sales objectives. Collaborating closely with our cross functional teams and various internal functions, you'll be instrumental in driving growth across current customers. Key Responsibilities:
● Sales Growth with current customers: Constantly identify opportunities and execute new projects to grow with current customers under your portfolio
● Customer Order Fulfilment: Manage the end-to-end process of fulfilling customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness at every stage.
● Sales Fulfillment: Fulfillment of sales objectives and targets.
● Demand Planning and Forecasting: Collaborate effectively with the customers to have a clear forecast sales plan and demand plan that utilizes plant capacity. The goal is to ensure plant capacity is utilized with enough order book in place.
● Customer NPS (Net promoter score): This role is highly customer centric. Customer NPS should be greater than 90.
● Sales compliance: All statutory compliances are to be looked at holistically and no NC’s in audit of sales processes by corporate audits.
Required Skills:
● Education: Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent qualification.
● Experience: 10-12 years of relevant experience in a similar role. (minimum) from manufacturing background.
● ERP: Hands on knowledge of SAP
● CRM: Hands on use of Sales Force
● Location: Sanaswadi, Pune.
- Candidates should possess communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and prepare professional proposals and reports.
- Candidates should possess organizational and analytical skills, such as CRM proficiency, data-driven decision making, and attention to detail in documentation.
- Experience in industrial products, automotive components, motion control, or vibration isolation solutions is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in technical sales.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably with global or OEM clients, and ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits, industry events, and internal meetings as required.
