Sales Recruiter

Role Description The Sales Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Himatnagar. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring sales professionals to meet business growth and team expansion needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the full recruitment cycle, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, posting job ads, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers and onboarding. The Sales Recruiter will maintain strong candidate pipelines, build relationships with internal stakeholders, track recruitment metrics, and ensure a positive candidate experience. This role also involves collaborating with sales leadership to understand workforce planning, supporting account management teams with staffing needs, and maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Sales Recruitment with a focus on hiring sales talent in various roles and levels.
• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
• Experience in Hiring processes and Account Management, including partnering with hiring managers and supporting client or internal account needs.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, active listening, and professional stakeholder and candidate interaction.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media sourcing tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Himatnagar, manage multiple requisitions, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and data-driven approach to tracking recruitment metrics.
• Preferred qualifications: prior experience recruiting in sales or related fields, knowledge of local labor market, and a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
